My name is Valery Garmes, a highly diversified and skilled professional. During my career, I have been privileged to gain a lot of experience within different companies in different functions, dealing with a wide range of characters and cultures.
Your Ally was born out of the desire to support businesses and individuals. My mission is to provide customized top-tier business support services.I partner with my clients, so they have more time to focus on their primary tasks and have more leisure time.
Your Ally not only focuses on supporting businesses and entrepreneurs.
My passion for helping and empowering others has led me to coaching and training. With my down-to-earth, supportive approach, I work with my fellow executive assistants to help them bring out the best in themselves through coaching and training programs.
I’m also a dedicated and compassionate restorative practice facilitator and work in collaboration with highly experienced and motivated professionals on restorative practice trajectories.
When I’m not working, I spend quality time with my partner and daughter. Whenever I have a chance, I write blog posts for my personal blog website and read self-development and holistic books.
